Osavi Oreganoöl Carvacrol, 180 mg – 120 magensaftresistente Kapseln

I got this to help with intestinal yeast overgrowth and it seems effective as if I overdo it I get a really bad headache (herxheimer reaction from too much yeast die off at once). It contains 257mg of oregano leaf oil per softgel and the jar contains 120 softgels. So in terms of strength and value it is very competitive. My only complaint is that the softgels are supposed to be 'enteric' meaning they are supposed to dissolve when in the intestines releasing the oil there to kill off yeast, but the coating seems to dissolve in the stomach as I get these strong oregano smelling burps. Most suppliers don't offer enteric coating anyway. Whilst the softgel smells of oregano oil anyway, I am sure they are dissolving in the stomach. The novelty of oregano smell wears off after a while! So overall, a good product and would recommend.

As well as helping to keep colds at bay and helping you to suffer less if you do catch one, they are excellent if you suffer from cold sores, I've never had a cold sore whilst taking oregano capsules, so for me, they're worth it just for that benefit alone.
