I had significant improvement on brittle nails after a few weeks, but i had skin outbreak during week one. So, I would definately recommend taking biotin but not on a daily basis to maintain a healthy balance on both skin and nail.
Highly recommended!! I was sad after I cut my har very short so I was desperate to help it growing quick. I found this vitamin + the one for nails, skin and hair and can't believe how my hair has grown. Very happy 😊
I don't usually write reviews and it could also be in combo with the shampoo i've been using, but i've had really good regrown, these pics are over the last 2 months, and 6 weeks after taking. I took for 6 weeks and saw minimal change so you do need to keep taking them, but so worth it in the end!
