EFECTIV MASS is a scientifically formulated hard gainer formula designed to support anybody whose goal is to increase bodyweights and build muscle tissue.
Each 250g serving packs in over 900 calories, less than 10g of sugar and over 45g of protein, with over 17g of total branched chain amino acids (BCAA's).
We've used a carb blend including rolled oat flour, maltodextrin, and sweet potato to provide sustained release, quality carbohydrates. Also added are healthy fats from coconut milk powder, quinoa and MCT's.
