It leaves no clumps and it taste great, without changing the texture of the liquid in which you mix it. Please don't dry-scoop this powder, it's DANGEROUS. You body requires water to completely and fully absorb these kind of products.

An excellent set of pre work out powder, works really well and is very effective. Works within 5-10 minutes for me, tastes very nice as well to be fair, mixes very easily with water. It has definitely helped me lift a lot heavier than I usually do, helps me feel more energised due to the high concentration of caffeine. Definitely recommend.

I've tried this pre workout a few times now before working out and I think it's great! You just need one scoop of powder to 250ml of water and should drink about 30mins before exercising. I find that pretty instantly I start to get a tingly sensation and have the urge to get moving. It helps to get my mood up before the workout and makes the exercise more enjoyable. I also think that is really improves my performance. I find it best to not dip the Pre workout but to just quickly down it. The flavour is nice and enjoyable to drink. This is strong stuff so make sure you follow the instructions and don't take more than recommended.
