This review is for the Solgar wild Alaskan full spectrum fish oil tablet. The item arrive well packaged and on time. These tablets come in a glass jar which I defo prefer to plastic ( just my preference as I think they stay more fresh) The tablets themselves have no taste or smell which is great compared to other fish oil tablets which smell real bad. The tablets are rather large as you can see in the photos however i did not find them difficult to swallow. Some people might if you generally struggle swallowing tablets so be warned. The quality seems good along with the array of omega it's provides. I have only been taking for a couple days so still a bit early to tell how well they work or if they make any difference.

A bit more expensive than other brands but I rather purchase SOLGAR products and get my money's worth. The quality is really good.
