Other ingredients:Blue Wicked, Malic Acid, Flavouring (Sucralose), Silicon Dioxide, Sweetener, Blue Colouring (E133).Recommended use:Mix 1 serving (5g) with 200ml of cold water 1-2 times a day for fat burning, energy and nootropic effects.Mix 1 serving (5g) with 200ml of cold water 15-20 minutes before exercise. For intense energy and heat mix 2 scoops (10g). Do not consume more than 2 scoops in any 24 hour period.
