The product may contain nuts, soy and egg proteins.RECOMMENDED USE: From 1 to 3 servings daily. One portion is 30g (1 oz=1.5 scoops) of the product dissolved in 150ml (5 fl oz) of water or milk. Recommended to use during the day between meals.
