The unique freshness and the quality-tested cultivation of the olives make the California Extra Virgin Olive Oil of such high quality. The special climate in California allows the cultivation of many different types of olives. This enables the production of olive oil with unique flavour profiles. Unlike many other olive oil companies, the entire manufacturing process takes place on the Ricchiuti family's own estate in California's central San Joaquin Valley. The olives are picked when they are perfectly ripe and only a few kilometres away are processed in our own mill. Neither heat nor chemicals are added and in the end the cold-pressed California Extra Virgin Olive Oil contains a maximum of 0.8% free fatty acids. This special freshness of ENZO olive oil guarantees superior quality and the best taste. Quality-tested cultivationThe Ricchiuti family has already won hundreds of awards for the quality, freshness and taste of their ENZO olive oil varieties. ENZO Extra Virgin Olive Oil has the COOC (California Olive Oil Council) seal. This seal is your guarantee of freshness and the highest quality. It certifies that the olives are 100% California grown and have passed rigorous quality assurance testing. Versatile use in the kitchenOlive oil has become an integral part of the kitchen. Whether used for frying, cooking, baking or as a dressing, olive oil is a healthy alternative to other commonly used oils.
