MYO Plant Nutrition Sleep Spray

After 2 weeks of having hard time to fall a sleep I had to do something about it. Exercise, feast, drinking water and other healthy methods and recommendations didn't really help and what was happening is that going to bed at 10pm ended me being awake until 2am or 4am. This experience was super frustrating knowing that I will not be energised tomorrow for my daily tasks and that it will be hard to stay awake. Before this I have tried relax pills on natural base and even lavender scented bed spray where none of those two worked and left me at the same spot. Honestly I was a little bit sceptical with this oral spray yet finally left happy and well rested. I have to say first night didn't go well, I have tried the spray which has nice sweet lavender taste and is absolutely fine to take and will leave no bad aftertaste. Second and third night went absolutely amazing. I took 4 sprays as per instructions, left under the tongue for 60 sec swallowed and magic could start. Well I don't even know when it started as I don't have a clue when I fell a sleep. This spray completely relaxed my mind, no overthinking happened prior to sleep and I literally had a full night of quality sleep. I can't say how happy I am. Every next night I used this spray went just as expected and I fell a sleep in under 20 minutes. Every morning I wake up I have to say I feel small but important improvement of waking up easier and feeling better. Now I hope this is not placebo effect but that potion and well made formula is doing its job. I still use this spray even a month after and there is plenty left. Every night is better and better and I can't explain how well I feel when i need to go to sleep now.

When I saw this in my recommendations I instantly wanted to give it a try. However, I was expecting it to be a pillow spray, I did wonder why it talked about nutrition on the picture of packaging until it arrived and I read the instructions properly - you spray it under the tongue! It has a pleasant taste but I find that it accidentally sprays on the back of the throat and causes a tickly cough for me. In terms of sleep enhancement, I've not noticed much of a change as I do sleep through already, but I like to try things that are going to help me feel like I've had a deep, restorative sleep without feeling groggy in the morning. I think this product has helped with that but time will tell as I want to try a week off then back on. The spray function is convenient as it's easier to count the 4 required pumps than it is with a dropper which can be tricky if you accidentally get a double drop in one squeeze. However, I prefer the the dropper as you can drop it straight under the tongue, with the spray seems to spread and cause a tickly cough as mentioned above.

I am a notoriously bad sleeper and have tried a lot of remedies and ways to help my sleep with no luck. Whilst this isn't a miracle spray and I still don't sleep perfectly; I have to say that I have noticed a difference in getting to sleep which has been an issue in the past. I have been using this for a couple of weeks now, 4 sprays under the tongue, let it sit for 60 seconds before swallowing and then within half an hour or so I find myself able to get to sleep. I was a bit worried this would taste horrendous, but it is actually fine, it does taste like essential oils (which is basically what it is), but it isn't a horrible taste. It took a few nights for me to really notice a difference, but I now use this every night without fail to ensure I get to sleep without issues, I am impressed, and my partner has also tried and works very well for her. The bottle is aesthetically pleasing and is presented in a lovely box that follows the rest of the Myo brand. I would defiantly recommend this; I am a terrible sleeper and if I have noticed an improvement there could be hope for a lot of other troubled sleepers out there. Good value, this bottle will last me a long time before having to get another.

I love the taste of this product but I am not sure if it is effective or not. I fall asleep fairly easily but I often find myself turning from one side to another for a long time. Then I spray 4 spray portion under my tongue, and wait a bit then I swallow it. I never check the time after but eventually I fall asleep not long after taking it. It's a gluten-free vegan product which tastes pleasantly and I am happy to use it for now.

The suggested instructions are just to shake and then 20 minutes before you intend to go to sleep spray four times under your tongue, then wait a minute and then swallow. The box says that it is used for the temporary relief of sleep disturbances. It is not unpleasant to use and does seem to work well, I do feel more rested today but time will tell!

I have been using this for almost a month now. It works very well for my sleep. The taste of lavender wasn't strong but pleasant. It also has a hint of chamonile. the valerian root is the one helps calming you down and put you to sleep. MTC oil based spray, 4 sprays, 20 minutes before sleep. Remember it is not suitable for pregnancy or breastfeeding ladies.
