Great flavour, easy on the gut unlike some magnesium supplements. Used it after a treadmill session when I often get restless legs. Slept really well and had less aches and pains the next day ☺️
I really can't understand how much this supplement has benefitted me. I now fall asleep easier, I sleep deeper, and during the day I have more energy, feel more awake, energetic and fresher. Theres not many supplements that have such a massive impact so quickly after taking it.
First impressions are quite good you get all the information you need on the bottle. It is a little small, but the information is there I found bottle easy to and I love that it comes sealed Task having three capsules per day, obviously taken with water before you go to bed Very impressed with the recommendation early to see if they work update in a week

This is for the tablets, not the drink, though the specs appear the same for equivalent doses. First off three large capsule tablets seem pretty hefty and give the 90 count that's only 30 days supply, however one does wonder quite what the effects of either one or two capsules would do. I'm two days in to testing and taking the tablets and both evenings, I've noticed roughly 30 minutes later I AM feeling more tired, similar to a natural sleep aid (valerian etc), so they DEFINATELY do something. I will also add similar to sleeping tablets I feel on the groggy side in the morning, which ISN'T what i expected. I have an old pebble2 HR+ and using Sleep with android, to track my sleep. My deep sleep appears a little up, at the higher end of the last month, which is positive, though it's not the highest it's been. My awake rating however IS on the lower side, again a good result, though there's LOTS of external factors at play here and it's a tiny sample set so far. We'll see how things go! I'll also add that I'm probably not the target extreme exercise market
