Melt-in-the-mouth salted caramel meringue middles dipped in fair trade milk chocolate, all with fewer than 78 calories per serving. Airy light, deeply delicious and chewy in the middle; we can’t get enough of Flower & White’s gluten-free Salted Caramel Meringue Bites, especially alongside a cup of coffee in the afternoon or a bowl of ice cream. Flower & White’s Instagram feed looks like it has been created by unicorns using rainbows, clouds, sugar and joy. We’d like to believe that there’s something in the water of Mad Brook, which runs past their headquarters in Shropshire, because there’s so much creativity in their handcrafted meringues.
