PhD is definitely branching out. This is pretty interesting xD Don't know if the price tag is right.

This chocolate flavour drink is lovely and creamy, the balance is just right, not bitter or over-sweet. I drink it about half an hour before going to bed and find it satisfying and it does help me relax. The recommended serving is 25grams of the powder, mixed with 200ml of cold water. The instructions say to shake this mixture for 10 seconds so you need either a bottle or a securely lidded mug. Then microwave for 30 seconds, stir, microwave another 30 seconds. I find this preparation a nuisance so I put the powder directly into my microwaveable mug, add a small amount of water, stir vigorously until mixed, add the rest of the water and stir well, and then microwave as instructed. This works well for me. The drink has 24 calories per serving less than the well known brand of instant hot chocolate I used to drink (96 in this, 120 in my previous one). This has 1gram of sugar, my previous drink has 16.5grams per serving! This drink has 18g if protein, the other has 2.2g. This drink also has minerals, vitamins, etc. my previous drink has none, so this drink has far more health benefits than just a chocolatey bedtime drink. I will order more as it is tasty and very satisfying, and far better for my health than a drink that is nearly all sugar!

Great chocolate protein powder to be served hot as a hot chocolate before bedtime. Mixes well with water, but you need to follow the instructions, you can't have it with boiling water, you need to first mix with cold water and then heat it at full power in a microwave.

A rich creamy chocolate drink with plenty of goodness. I'm using this before bed as it not only helps me sleep but the protein helps the recovery from the sports I do especially in football training and gym. The taste is great and the smell is delicious. I like the fact the packet can be recycled too. So many good ingredients , a tasty way to end the day knowing your body's repairing whilst you're asleep. I'm totally converted to this . Great value for the quality and health benefits

even if you diet , this is one of them i would highly recommend to add into diet ! perfect breakfast for healthy eating quick preparation and keeping protein up ( to maintain muscle mass but get rid stubborn fat , see below ) 80 gram oat 50 gram protein ( salted Carmel or chocolate ) 50 gram blueberries 🤤 1 serving of Creatine 300mil Water/Milk/Soya/Almond Milk ( i use Almond ) also i recommend make this in plastic container and leave overnight or at least 20 min before consumption
