Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, soy, gluten, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods.RECOMMENDED USE: Mix 1 serving powder (30 g = 1 level scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml water in a shaker bottle. On training days, take a minimum of 2 servings, 1 serving within 45 minutes after training and the other serving between meals. On resting days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
