This pack of applied nutrition chocolate flavoured protein shakes arrived wrapped in plastic and in perfect condition. Each bottle is hygiene sealed and need a good shake before opening. The texture is silky, yet creamy. It's quite easy to drink for the amount of protein these shakes pack in. The flavour is actually very palatable and more ish. Not the tasteless, cardboard flavour I've found in other brands. This is perfect for upping my protein intake and I enjoy these post workout to pad out my diet. I'd definitely order again.

This is a monster shake for building - 42g of protein with same same amount of cals (240ish) as a protein bar with half the protein. Thankfully, despite the monster stats, it's not gloopy or viscous at all, which is an issue I've had with other high-protein milkshakes (and who wants gloop after a hard workout at the gym?). It has a nice, light and refreshing consistency and even froths up with a light foam when you give it a good shake. Full marks for texture. They've also got the taste just right with this shake. If you like dessert-style protein treats, this is basically like drinking a bottle of liquid vanilla ice cream. Delish, if that floats your boat too. Not a hint of artificial sweetener aftertaste, either, which surprised me considering that it's sweetened with Sucralose (the true sugar content in the nutrient list appears to be from the milk). Whatever they've done in terms of flavouring, they've got it very right. They're pretty large, satisfying bottles, and you get 8 in a pack, making them around 2.50 each at the current price point. Still cheaper than the vending machine at the gym, to be honest, and way more convenient if you are having the kind of day when you can't be bothered to mix up your own. From a practical standpoint, the bottles are robust and take a bit of bashing in your gym bag while remaining leak-free - and are recyclable. I'm loving them - looking forward to trying the choc variety next.

This has a massive amount of protein in it. I found myself drinking it throughout the day rather than in one go, and it curbed my usual cravings. Alot if these types of drinks have an artificial flavour, it can taste very chemically. I find these to be rather different. I received the vanilla flavour, and yes, they taste of vanilla. No odd random after taste, it's simply tastes good, and for me, that's one of the most Important things for a protein drink.. Highly recommended!

Very nice protein supplement drink. I use after gym workout. Tastes really nice. Not sickly like some. Also has correct amount of protein required for muscle growth.
