This is a low sugar, low carb protein powder, but that does not mean you have to compromise on taste. Applied Nutrition offer 4 different delicious flavours to choose from: banana milkshake, chocolate dessert, strawberry milkshake and vanilla ice cream. Each one is packed full of flavour and is a healthy treat to look forward to throughout the day. You can order one or more flavours to add a bit of variety into your routine.
Applied Nutrition’s protein powder can be ordered in 3 different sizes depending on how much you think you will use. The smallest container holds 450g, which is approximately 18 servings. You can order a 1kg pack which contains 40 servings or a 1.8kg pack containing 72 servings. The recommended serving is one scoop of powder (about 25g) which is then mixed with between 150-300ml of cold water. All you have to do is shake well and your protein shake is ready to go. This makes it incredibly easy to prepare on the go or when you are in a hurry and running late. For optimal results, have 3 servings daily, one in the morning, one in the afternoon and one in the evening. It is important not to exceed this suggested use.
One scoop of powder contains 20g of protein and over 4g of BCAAs. The protein powder is a Halal certified product and is tested rigorously to ensure it meets the exacting standards of elite athleticism.
