Beta Alanine is an amino acid which combines with the amino acid histidine after consumption. Histidine is always available in sufficient quantities in a high-protein diet. These two amino acids form carnosine, whose primary function is to buffer hydrogen ions.
Buffering hydrogen ions prevents a drop in the muscles' pH value, which leads to hyperacidity. Hyperacidity leads to muscle burn and muscle fatigue, which then leads to muscle failure at the end of a set.
Taking 4g beta-alanine every day for four weeks will increase your Carnosine level by approx. 64%. After ten weeks, your carnosine level will increase to over 80%. Als jemand, der intensives Training betreibt, suche ich immer nach effektiven Ergnzungen, die meine Leistung steigern knnen, und dieses Produkt hat meine Erwartung erfllt. Beta-Alanin ist eine wichtige Aminosure, die in der Muskelmuskulatur zur Synthese des Dipeptids Carnosin bentigt wird, was wiederum dazu beitragen kann, die Muskelausdauer zu erhhen und Ermdung zu reduzieren. Die Tatsache, dass jede Portion vier Kapseln enthlt, die insgesamt 4.400 mg hochwertiges Beta-Alanin liefern, ist beeindruckend und ideal fr jede Trainingsphase. Die Einnahmeempfehlung von WEIDER, dieses Beta-Alanin mit ihren hochwertigen Kreatinprodukten zu kombinieren, ist uerst sinnvoll. Diese Kombination kann eine noch effektivere Untersttzung fr das Muskelwachstum und die Leistungsfhigkeit bieten. Die Tatsache, dass jede Dose 120 Kapseln enthlt macht dieses Produkt praktisch und wirtschaftlich. Die Qualitt und Wirksamkeit des Beta-Alanins von WEIDER haben mich berzeugt.
Vorweg, ja die Kapseln gibt es wohl auch zu etwas gnstigeren Preisen bei anderen Firmen. Ich habe mich aber bewusst fr diese entschieden, da ich mir bessere Qualitt erhofft habe. Mein Eindruck ist das ich nicht enttuscht wurde. + Kapseln riechen nach dem ffnen der Dose berhaupt nicht + Die Dose hat eine Kindersicherung (nicht unwichtig wenn man diese herumstehen lsst bei Kleinkindern) + Kapseln wirken hochwertig, auf der Hlle mit Aufdruck Weider + Dosierung etwas hher als bei vielen anderen +/- Geschmack ist subjektiv, deshalb hier ein neutral) das kann und will ich nicht stellvertreten Beurteilen) +/- Gre (sieh Foto) ist wie bei vergleichbaren Produkten (mit ausreichend Wasser herunter splen, dann passt das) +/- Preis ist Ansichtssache fr mich sind die ein Paar Euro mehr gerechtfertigt +/- Der Effekt ist auch bei jedem anders, deshalb von mir hier auch kein Urteil. Ich selbst finde diese Klasse Alles in allem fr mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung, ich werde das Produkt wieder kaufen.
Von meiner Freundin erfuhr ich von dem wirksamen Mittel Arginin. Da ich 2x die Woche ins Fitness gehe, Kraft- und Ausdauersport betreibe suchte ich nach einem geeigneten Mittel. Dieses hier kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch die Pfunde sind gepurzelt. Habe es nun 2x bestellt. Bin sehr begeistert. Kann nicht mehr darauf verzichten.
Die Kapseln sind wei statt rot wie sonst wieso ??
