Had the tropical version before which tasted pretty awful but the apple is much more palatable, not really sour (some malic acid would be a nice touch) but easy enough to get down. Gives a noticable boost to performance, I use this as a pre workout or on longer cycle rides as it doesn't come pre dosed with creatine which I add myself separately depending on my schedule, so ticks all the right boxes for my needs. Only reason it's not 5* is the spirulina which is added as a colouring agent doesn't mix at all with water, maybe just a bad batch? So the little dark green lumps floating around are a little off putting, at least it's a natural ingredient though so a pretty minor issue.
Nothing wrong with the product, have been using for years but MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP's delivery is getting worse and worse!
Great product normally but this one arrived with the seal broke and the white powder had bits of brown crusts mixed in
